Late in 2013, KaTrina visited the new cybermedical sim Tai Yong Labs. The quality of the sim immediately peaked her interest, and she put in an application to be transformed into a drone.
At first, the idea of becoming a Pony Drone appealed to her. The photo at right was an experiment of how she might look.
But in the end, it was obvious that KaTrina should have a dominant role at TYL, and she was transformed into a MatronBot, part of the command and control structure at the lab. The photo below shows how she has looked since December 2013 (with very rare switches back to her human self, especially to help ponies).
